Cancellation Terms for Subscriptions, Memberships, Pre-Orders & Try-Before-You-Buy

Some items in our shop may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. The following terms explain how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected. Your payment details are stored securely, and each delivery will be charged unless you have paid in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links that allow you to manage or cancel your subscription directly. For more information about returns and refunds, please see our Return Policy.

Membership Cancellation Terms
Memberships can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing period. 
Payments that have already been made cannot be refunded.
Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date. Once cancelled, no further payments will be charged.

Pre-Orders
By placing a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently not in stock or will become available soon. We may charge nothing or only a partial amount at checkout. Your payment method may be securely stored so we can charge the full or remaining amount at a later stage.You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund.For more information about returns and refunds, please see our Return Policy.

Try Before You Buy
When using a try-before-you-buy option, your payment method is authorized before the order is fulfilled. You will have a set period to decide whether you want to keep the item. If the trial period expires and the item has not been returned, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
